  We've been going to Greenwood Family Dentistry for a couple of years. My husband refuses to go back. They do what they want without looking into insurance before hand expecting you to be ok with the bills. I am not confident I can trust this office when it comes to billing or recommending things that truly need to be done. I feel like they are in the business for money and not because they truly care for the health of their clients. They hygienists are very sweet and do a great job with my kids and myself, but I feel they are coached to push sales.

  I hadn't been to the dentist in over 7 years due to anxiety of the dentist. Finally I gave in to my wife's request and decided to go. I can't explain how amazing this office is! From my first appointment with Laura and Dr. William to my follow up two days later (Root Canal, Two Caps, and a Filling) with Laura, Linda, and Dr. William, I felt completely at ease and confident in their ability to treat me. Never once was I pressured and they really listened to my concerns and my goals. They are all super nice and out going and real, never did I feel as if they were putting on a front or forced to act a certain way. I will recommend this office to EVERYONE and actually look forward to my next visit!
