  This place does not even deserve 1 star! The veterinarian is horrible with dogs and probably all animals at that. I took my Newfoundland who is a hyper puppy in for a kennel cough vaccination before taking him to training. My dog barked at him and he instantly got scared and asked for him to be muzzled. After that appointment against my better judgment I scheduled my newfie to be neutered at this place. So I changed my work schedule, got a sitter before work for my kiddos so that I could take him in for his procedure and when I get there they check me in and put me in a room to wait . After about 10 minutes the veterinarian pokes his head through the door and asked me if I have someone to help me hold him for a shot my dogs needs. I said " no I was not informed that I needed someone to help me". I am pretty sure there are people called vet tech's that are responsible for that! I am not asked to hold my children down when they get shots so why would I need to hold my dog down?! Not sure if they are too cheap to hire tech's or for some reason didn't want to neuter my big guy but either way the way they handled the situation was very unprofessional!
