- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The offices are very clean and well kept. It may not matter to most but they have everything nicely decorated. They have the most up to date technology. The front desk receptionist was so kind and sweet. The doctor's assistant was personable and made sure to make me feel comfortable. She explained the process which was to follow before the doctor came in. The doctor was also attentive and kind. What really stood out to me is the fact that he personally called the next day to see how I was doing. He made sure to send me home with everything that I would need (water injector for the food caught in sockets and gauges for the bleeding). I wanted to point that out because a family member that got her wisdom tooth removed had to buy all those things after the procedure. I am very pleased with the attention and service rendered. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The women who answer the phones here are completely RUDE! Everytime I have called in the past year, they are so rude that I will NEVER EVER make an appointment there!!! I was a patient years ago and never had an issue but I would NOT recommend this place to anybody!!! I'd give ZERO stars if it was an option!! The Oral Surgeons are great but they need to FIRE the front desk people and hire people who appreciate their jobs and treat people with respect! I'm guessing they've lost A LOT of business due to the unprofessional manner of these women who have a horribly bad attitude!! They will lose more in the future, including me, my family and friends!!March 30, 2017by Me
