- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I ordered glass's which cost me over 160$. This was over a month ago. I have yet to receive them. I gave up calling them because they have no answers. I have had people say they will find out and then call me back, which they never do. The Desk staff has been rude, and while the Staff who helped me pick out glass's were nice, they are now at the mercy of their inept lab. Seriously, how can you screw up single vision glass's 4 times in a row, and now its 5 weeks since I placed the order *5 WEEKS!* They offered me a 25% discount, but that was last week, and it has not even been posted to my account...
